Meet Lance
I'm Lance Cibik, a keynote speaker and coach who defies statistics. Despite facing overwhelming odds from the start, I've turned adversity into my purpose, impact, and success in life and business.
Raised in a paycheck-to-paycheck environment, I lost my mother to suicide at just one year old and found myself living independently at 17 years old. A tragic car accident further challenged me, when I accidently took a man's life. However, these experiences honed my focus and resilience, driving me in my pursuit of keeping it simple, staying consistent, and achieving results in life and in business.
Against all expectations, I became a first-generation college graduate and amassed over two decades of sales and leadership success in the financial services industry. Today, I'm privileged to impact thousands through my inspiring keynotes and workshops. I am a graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte majoring in Business Administration. I hold the Certified Financial Planner ™ and Certified Investment Management Analyst ™ certifications.
When I'm not speaking or coaching, you'll likely find me on the basketball court, giving back to the community through volunteer work, or cherishing moments with my family.
